Terms & Conditions

  1. The resort requires a 30% deposit to hold your reservation (guests are given 72 hours to make payment). If payment is not made within 72 hours, space will be released for other guests to rent.
  2. Full payment of the reservation must be made 3-4 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking date is three weeks or less before your arrival, full payment is required. We accept electronic transfer payments (info@ahmiclakeresort.com), debit cards, and major credit cards (a 2% service charge is applied). 
  3. No loud music after 11 PM.
  4. Please understand that Smoking inside any property is PROHIBITED. 
  5. Only pets are allowed under reservation and in some rooms.
  6. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  7. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  8. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  9. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  10. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused by tours or walks outside our facilities.

Cancellation Policies

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:


Ahmic Lake Resort is a family-operated resort. 


  • When you make a reservation with us, the space is assigned to you and is no longer available to our other guests. 75% refund will be given if we can rent out your space to another guest.
  • A full refund is given to guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
  • For reasons of the COVID-19 pandemic, if the guest cancels within less than 8 days, the rented property will be opened for sale, and in case the property is rented out, the guest can use their advance payment for a future reservation within the next 12 months. You must attach a positive test.
